- No refund policy
All orders are regarded as transaction confirmed once payment is completed. We are unable to offer a refund service for the following reasons:
The goods are either custom-made or engraved products.
Earrings and other goods related to hygiene and safety (in accordance with international hygiene standards);

To ensure the quality of the goods, all dispatched items undergo strict quality inspection. In case of damage or wrong shipment due to transportation, please contact customer service (primi@beaucjewelry.com) within 48 hours after signing for receipt and provide photo evidence. We will resend or negotiate a solution for you. - Handling of exceptional cases
