- Delivery timeliness
Processing time: All orders will be inspected and packaged within 15 to 30 working days after placement (the processing time may be extended for custom orders).
Shipping Notice: The logistics tracking number will be sent to your registered email address via email (please check your spam folder).
Note: Weekends and Austrian public holidays are not included in the processing time. - Delivery range and cost
Shipment location: All goods are dispatched from the warehouse in Austria. We are responsible for the customs clearance process.
International transportation: Global delivery is supported (additional shipping fees are required for some remote areas), and the shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the destination on the checkout page.
Free shipping policy: Orders over €150 enjoy free shipping within the EU. For orders over €300 in other regions, the basic shipping fee is waived. - Logistics tracking and delay
Carrier: DHL, Austrian Post and cooperative International Logistics (matched by destination).
Logistics delivery time: Usually 5-10 working days for the EU, and 10-25 working days for other regions (customs may affect the delivery time).
Delayed processing: If not received within 30 days after the expected delivery time, please contact primi@beaucjewelry.com for verification. - Customs and Taxes
Tariff liability: Non-EU customers are responsible for their own import taxes and fees (it is recommended to check local policies before placing an order).
Customs declaration value: The actual payment amount of the order will be truthfully declared. Please ensure that the received information is consistent with the documents. - Returns, exchanges and undelivered
Transportation damage: Please inspect the goods on the spot when signing for them. You can apply for resend or refund by providing photos to the email within 48 hours.
Lost package handling: If the logistics shows delivery but the package has not been received, we will assist in initiating an investigation into the carrier.
